Spa Luminessence Program FAQs:
Is there a membership fee to enroll in the program?
No, there is no membership fee to enroll. To start your program, we need to charge your credit card the first and last month payment. The spa credit for your final month will be released to you upon 30 days cancellation notice.
How long is the program for?
Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month with your payment.
When will my credit card be charged every month?
Your Spa Luminessence payment will be billed the last full week of the month and generally on a Monday. This is done to allow time for your credit card payment to be processed and approved so you can have your credit available the 1st of the month. For this reason we recommend that you do not use a debit card for your spa program.
Can I cancel the program?
You may cancel the program at any time with 30 days written notice. If you cancel, you will be unable to reenroll for a minimum period of 3 months. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.
Can my family or friend get my Spa Luminessence pricing?
Your Spa Luminessence Pricing is non-transferable. However, we do have a special 10% off regular pricing for friends and family. Members must be present and receiving services the same day as their friends or family members.
Can I share my services with others?
No, only the member may use their monthly services.
Do I have to use the services each month?
Yes, your services are to be used for the month you are billed. These services expire after the month.
What happens if I made a Spa Luminessence appointment and I forget to come?
We confirm appointment times the day before to make sure you do not need to reschedule or move your appointment time. If you forget to show up for your appointment and do not give adequate notice for us to be able to book that appointment time then your service will be used at 50%.
What happens to my Spa Luminessence credits if I cancel my program?
You must give a written notice 30days prior to cancellation date. Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.
If your monthly payment is not processed due to a declined card, your program will be considered inactive and you will no longer receive credits. If you choose to reactivate your program t here will be a reactivation fee charged.
